Built a manpower staffing platform for Presplay's new arm - scope included strategic advisory, operational framework design, and full-stack microsite build and deployment.
Internal Scheduling App
Purrfect Headcount
Created and deployed a full-stack internal scheduling app for a sports events industry client, cutting coordination time by ~50%. Managed end-to-end delivery from UX design, app development to Supabase backend deployment, enabling seamless assignment of various roles across events from a pool of more than 130 freelancers.
